My Review of Cherry Hill Subaru:
Very crafty theives ...

On 5/7/08, I went into the dealer, along with my brother, to inquire about leasing a 2008 Subaru Forrester LLBean. I specifically indicated to the salesman that in order to complete the deal, I wanted to trade in my 2008 Dodge Caliber, which was also a leased vehicle. I explained to them that I had 3 months left on the lease and that there was a lease termination fee, the totals of which were $1254. After having 3 different individuals speak to me and my brother, going over different
deals, we finally agreed on a deal, wherein I put down $1000 cash, they took the Dodge Caliber as a trade in and were responsible for the lease termination amount. Subsequently on May 19, I received a statement from Chrysler Financial indicating that I owed them $1253.97 which was my lease end statement. I explained to Chrysler that I traded the Dodge Caliber in. I then called Subaru of Cherry Hill and spoke with Ted Knepp, one of the individuals that worked on the lease of the
Forrester. He indicated that that wasn\'t the case and that I was responsible for paying off the lease end statement with Chrysler, but that he would talk to the manager and get back to me. I have
attempted to call them, approximately 5 or 6 times, and no one will return my calls. I emailed the manager and still I have not had any return calls.

Damage Resulting
I have to pay Chrysler Financial the sum of $1253.97 for the lease end statement on my Dodge
Caliber, the sum of which I do not have and cannot afford, which I made perfectly clear to Subaru.
