Horrible customer service. No one answers the phone. Just being pushed around to someone else. Bought a 2016 GMC Yukon in Jan 2022. Transmission died after 8 months. Come to find out there are numerous civil action lawsuits and complaints that GM is aware of this issue and doing nothing about it to help. I've been handed back and forth to different service reps. GM is trying to reach them to get diagnostics but again no one answers. They have had my car for 3 days now and we have made zero progress. They screen their calls and automatically answer when you *67. I have 5 kids and no car. apparently nothing can be done until at least Monday now due to their lack of care for their customers. I have emailed the general manager and service manager Ron Brown with no response. I don't understand why it is so hard to send a fax or email. I'd give zero stars if possible. Everyone go to Roush Honda, my worst mistake was leaving them. More

I love the vehicle I bought here and Armando was a blessing but...... I took my vehicle in for the "free" oil change. As I was sitting waiting different technicians came out and told 4 people including myself that our vehicles needed an alignment. 4?????? That perked my ears up as I was thinking is this a scam since besides one old man who refused the service everyone else was.women. Today I came out to get in my car and there is a dirty perfect circle on my driver's seat, I take great pride in keeping my vehicle spotless. So after $106 and a stain needless to say I will not be taking my vehicle back for service and will continue to continue to use my own mechanic who I know I know I can trust with my vehicle. More
