With in minutes he arranged for me to take a test drive. Ed took me out to the Equinox and we talked about the basics before the test drive. What a great idea letting the prospective driver test drive the vehicle alone. No sales pressure while driving so that you can focus on what you want while in the vehicle with out interruption. I can honestly say that this is the first time that I was 100% satisfied with the customer service when purchasing a vehicle. No pressure No stress to purchase.
