First week August, 2021, I purchased a used SUV (2003 Lexus RX-300) from this dealership. Initially, the car was listed on their site for $4984 but when I drove the 50 miles from my home (Thomasville, G Lexus RX-300) from this dealership. Initially, the car was listed on their site for $4984 but when I drove the 50 miles from my home (Thomasville, GA) to Quincy to test drive the car, the cash price (out the door) was about $7200. This is an 18 year old used car, but unnecessary 'add-on' (Lo-Jack and Permaplate) jacked the price up considerably. One of their main 'selling points' was that the car had been 'thoroughly checked out from a safety view' in their shop. I took their word on this and since I test drove the car during daylight hours, I did not notice that one high-beam headlight bulb was blown but more seriously, the brake lights on the rear were inoperable. When I called Sales Mgr. (Kemar) and asked him if they would repair the brake lights since that should have been noticed in the so-called 'safety inspection', he would not commit to the cost of the repair. He said, "Bring it in and we'll check it out." When I asked if his dealership would cover the cost of repairs, he answered, "I'll have to check with my Gen Mgr." All of that is just 'xxxxxxxx for '"We're not going to repair it." I think they knew the brake lights were not working because the repair turned out to be an expensive relay located under the rear quarter panel of the car. I bought a used relay for $80 and repaired it myself, but a new one from Lexus/Toyota lists for $280. I dealt with two salesmen (Ken and Monte) and they were professional and pleasant to deal with, but as is with most dealerships, their 'hands were tied' as to making decisions that will cost the dealership money. I would NOT recommend this dealership if you're in the market for a used car from dealership who will stand behind what they sell. I paid cash, but I really think they prefer to 'financing for the buyer' so they can even make more money on the sale. Just not impressed at all, but I usually pay cash and buy from individuals. This particular Lexus has been cared for by previous owner and is in pretty good condition other than the aforementioned issues. Tommy Carr Thomasville, GA. More

The price on their website is not the real price. Add 5k to whatever they are advertising. For some warranty add-on BS that they won’t remove. So even if you agree to pay sticker price they will, without yo to whatever they are advertising. For some warranty add-on BS that they won’t remove. So even if you agree to pay sticker price they will, without your approval add another 5k and act like that’s just been part of the deal all along. More
After going back and forth with pricing and such I was told by the manager (Kamar-sp?) we could “get to the price you’re looking for monthly” to sign and they would make it work. I had asked specifically told by the manager (Kamar-sp?) we could “get to the price you’re looking for monthly” to sign and they would make it work. I had asked specifically to run everything through the credit Unions if running my credit (they initially said they do not work with my usual credit Union First Commerce). Not surprisingly my credit was run through GM financial INSTEAD after asking it not to be and of course brought back a higher percentage rate 7.85% (even with my good credit.) I questioned the manager why he did that and he explained he thought it would be the better option. Of course this made me frustrated and we left unhappy being told to call our credit union and try to work it out, basically do all the leg work that should’ve been done in the first place by your manager. Even still against my better judgement I tried to make the deal work and I called my credit union and got the numbers right with a much better percentage rate of 3.9% and term we could make work. I called back to explain all this to the manager and stated what price out the door would be needed. Basically got a call back that they couldn’t/wouldn’t do it. You lost a deal over $1500 bucks. I give you a one star rating for your managers actions, your inability to make it right after those actions and losing a sale over a slim margin. I will not recommend to anyone and I hope you stay honest and keep this review up in the interest of transparency to others so they know what they’re walking into. FYI this deal was for my fiancé, I also went to this dealership 2 years ago when I was looking for a new truck and was the SAME scenario. Ended up at a dealer in Tallahassee and was extremely satisfied then and will be the same outcome this time. More
It was a good truck buying experience. Tony was a lot of help. Everybody was patient with me (I can be a pain when that much money is involved) I would recommend this dealership to anybody and already have help. They had the truck I wanted for a fair price. Amanda, my, sales person, was fantastic. It was only her 3rd or 4th day at the dealership, but she made the purchase easy, and pleasurable. bait and switch/shady dealership I cannot stress how shady this dealership is. I went in for an F-150 that we talked about on the phone. I had to drive an hour to be told by the manag I cannot stress how shady this dealership is. I went in for an F-150 that we talked about on the phone. I had to drive an hour to be told by the manager that this truck had been in the shop for over a year with transmission issues. Then they tried to sell me a different F-150, the final out the door price added over $9000 from their website price. The website price is a complete lie and they add random $5000 fees that other dealers do not. On top of that the salesman was in a t shirt and sweatpants and they did not have A/C working on a 90 degree day. I would give 0 stars if I could. Stay away. More
