Disappointed and Frustrated with Service I took my truck to Chevy of Carson for a routine oil change. The next day, my check engine light came on. After checking the code myself, it pointed to a bad o truck to Chevy of Carson for a routine oil change. The next day, my check engine light came on. After checking the code myself, it pointed to a bad oil pump — an issue that didn’t exist before their service. I called the service department and spoke with Miguel, who told me to bring the truck back in. However, when I arrived, he suddenly said it would cost $250 just to look at the issue. That was never mentioned during our phone call. I find this kind of treatment completely unprofessional. If a problem comes up right after their work, they should stand behind their service, not charge customers more. It felt like they cared more about money than doing the right thing. I would not recommend Chevy of Carson — take your vehicle somewhere you can trust. More

I will contact the director corporate bbb and file a small claims if I do not hear back from Christopher or the director as again when I tried to contact the GM the employees were working together to dodge my calls the main one is Liz who argued with me if that’s even her name she called me on 5/1 4:14 pm please listen to her calls who ever sales girl is calling out and discipline that employee for yelling at me and sending my private information out to other 3rd party cause I will go file a lawsuit I need to hear from the Gm ! So I Bought a lemon car from Carson Chevrolet ( 2024 Corvette ) after Gm did a buy back Gm told me to go to Carson to get a refund for *ABBY * appearance protection ( that was forced on me )and when I did they had me waiting for over an hour just to tell me that they wouldn’t . . I would never recommend and would never buy from them again ! They take your money and once the deal goes thru they ignore you , stay away from them! More
