I showed up for a routine oil change and realized that I actually had the wrong day! And I had missed it! He told me not to worry and that he would see what he had open... and I actually ended up getting ri actually had the wrong day! And I had missed it! Worst service department in Washington. I have been disappointed too many times by this service department I took my business to another dealership. The only reason I went back this time wa I have been disappointed too many times by this service department I took my business to another dealership. The only reason I went back this time was my vehicle was originally purchased at Chevrolet of Everett and their selling point was free oil changes. I scheduled my appointment at 7:30am, showed up early to check in, and was told it would be about an hour. An hour and a half later I asked how much longer to find out they were just pulling my vehicle in. No communication to me about running behind or any delays ahead of time. Just let me sit there for an hour and a half while my vehicle sits in the lot untouched. After I asked why they said they overbooked the morning appointments. This service department is so inept and has no concept of customer service. They do not care about your time either. Needless to say I left without getting my oil changed. Don’t waist your time with this dealership. Go somewhere else and shave yourself the hassle. More
