we delivered our vehicle the night before a scheduled recall. our appointment was scheduled for 0730 am with an anticipated repair time of 4 hours. I called at 1100 am to check and was told the vehicle h recall. our appointment was scheduled for 0730 am with an anticipated repair time of 4 hours. I called at 1100 am to check and was told the vehicle hadn't been worked on yet.I was told it would be ready right after lunch. It was eventually finished at 3:00 PM. Communication was only a one way street, we had to initiate all of the communication. very disappointed with this service call that had be scheduled for over 45 days. More

Took vehicle in for regular maintenance (oil change, etc. ) & had them to check on a couple of other issues, as well as perform a recall issue. We were there less than 2 hours and were kept updated every step ) & had them to check on a couple of other issues, as well as perform a recall issue. We were there less than 2 hours and were kept updated every step of the way (unlike our last visit, when our car was finished, parked outside, and we were still waiting to be notified a good 30 minutes after it was done).
