Awesome people! We walked in not too long before closing time on Saturday just to look around. David Simons met us with a kind greeting. After a short chat and us setting our expectations with him, with no pressure, David led us to the vehicle we bought that very day on terms we had set for ourselves in advance. I swung through on my first day of car shopping, looking for a new-to-me vehicle that had to fall under pretty specific price/mileage criteria. It's been about 10 years since I've been shopping and here I was treated like family. Every member of the team greeted me, and knew which car I was looking at and even what I was going to trade in. They are a personable team; getting to know you and having conversations, not just "dealer talk". My dealer worked to make sure I was getting the deal I wanted and that my monthly payments were within my budget. When the papers were signed he went over the entire vehicle to make sure I understood all my new technology. I strongly recommend checking out Chris Auffenberg for your next vehicle. More

James had a good review on here so I asked for him by name. Thank goodness I did! This salesman and this dealership was breath of fresh air in a sea of smog! I have bought several trucks over the past 2 decades and I can say without a doubt, my experience with Auffenberg Ford was by far one of the best low pressure, pleasant experience I have had at a dealership.. Nightmare dealing with this dealership After dealership confirmed loan commitment. We signed the contract , were given keys, They Took our trade in, put it up on their web site, cashed the After dealership confirmed loan commitment. We signed the contract , were given keys, They Took our trade in, put it up on their web site, cashed the downpayment- 11 days later called and said loan wasn't confirmed and may need us to return the car. The dealer requested paperwork for income proof. They told us they turned proof of income into bank - we found out 4 days later when we contacted the bank ourselves to find everything was fine and the bank lets the dealership know immediately when requesting approval. The financial manager Joe Lehocky was rude, unpleasant and laughed at us when reviewing the contract. Joe in sales wAs pleasant and very nice. We highly recommend you do not go to this dealership. .
