I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with Chrysler regarding a serious issue with my recent vehicle purchase. At no time during the sales process, four months ago, was I dissatisfaction with Chrysler regarding a serious issue with my recent vehicle purchase. At no time during the sales process, four months ago, was I informed that the brand-new vehicle I purchased for $40,000 was sold without a jack or spare tire. This omission is unacceptable and, in my opinion, constitutes a failure to properly disclose material information at the point of sale. Had I been made aware of this fact, I would have either negotiated the inclusion of a spare tire as part of the deal or purchased one at the time of sale. As a direct result, I was left stranded with a flat tire and forced to rely solely on towing. This occurred during a holiday weekend when no dealerships were open and no independent repair shops had the required tire in stock. The lack of a jack or spare tire created not only an undue hardship but also a significant safety risk. Leaving a 60-year-old woman without a safe or reasonable means of addressing a flat tire raises substantial concerns regarding Chrysler’s duty of care to its customers. To add further concern, I purchased a replacement tire from the dealership today and, despite the significant inconvenience, cost, and safety risks I endured, no discount, goodwill adjustment, or other accommodation was offered. This only compounds my frustration and disappointment with Chrysler’s handling of this matter. I consider this a serious issue and am prepared to pursue legal remedies. I will be consulting with an attorney to discuss next steps, including potential claims for failure to disclose, breach of implied warranty, and unsafe design. More

Be careful purchasing a car from this place, especially if you are a woman. I purchased a car from them in June and I asked what their fees were. The salesman, Paul Zummo, told me that the only fees that they have are $1195. I purchase the vehicle, went into finance with his brother, Sal Zummo, and he did not go over anything with me. He just said sign here, here, and here, and o was done. He said he didn’t charge me for my plate because I had one. I never walked out of there with any paperwork, just the registration. That’s all he gave me. I paid a huge downpayment, but still owed almost the price of the car. I thought it was just the interest. Yes, I should’ve been more diligent, but I was just so happy to get my daughter a car, and I thought these guys were really looking out for me and my daughter. I never received the contract until the end of July, and that was only because I asked for it. When I looked through it, I saw a fee that I was unaware of..a $999 IKON GPS fee. Now I see why they didn’t want me to see the actual numbers. No transparency at all. When I called up there I was told that this is what they use when they transport cars from dealership to dealership. I told them that I didn’t ask for that. They said but you signed the form. Sal never showed the form. He just said to sign. I asked for the GM but they won’t let me speak to him. They will not refund me for their lack of transparency. As I said earlier, yes, I should have been more diligent, but at the same time, I expect transparency and truth. Something neither salesman, nor finance manager, gave me. Lesson well learned. More
Over charging, and not reliable … not letting you know if anything else is wrong so they can get more money when you have to come back in. Every time I went in all of a sudden my extended warranty didn’t cov anything else is wrong so they can get more money when you have to come back in. Every time I went in all of a sudden my extended warranty didn’t cover it …$1,600. Every time I went in. .. first problem was no heating system $1,600. Then gps screen… $1,600. I have had to get a new transmission, 3rd brake light… engine replacement, breaks … and I could go on. Not only the 12,000. If put in repair work I’m also paying $800. a month and the dealership always takes a month to rebuild a transmission and 3 months to replace the engine… I just can’t wait for the next problem to happen, I replaced everything that now I can’t afford to replace it… I never say what else can happen… I don’t know about buying a new one. Mine was 2 years old… when I purchased the truck. I would expect this from a buy here pay here but not an established dealership.. and they don’t seem to care. Buyer beware!!!!!!
