Poor customer service. I called them and made an appointment for my car repair over the phone for June 19, 2026. I arrived on the scheduled date, and my name wasn't in I called them and made an appointment for my car repair over the phone for June 19, 2026. I arrived on the scheduled date, and my name wasn't in their list. I there and then made another appointment for Monday, June 29, 2026. I arrived and my appointment wasn't in their list again. However, they accepted my car for repairs, after much discussion. The car was repaired and ready for pickup on July 1, 2026. They never contacted me, even though they claimed to have done so. But I didn't receive any communication from them either by a phone call, sms, or email. I went personally to the office on Friday, July 3, 2026, and met nobody and received no communication from anybody on the status of my car. I needed and rented a car from Enterprise between July 3 and 6, 2026. I was the one that called on Monday, July 6, 2026, and I was told my car was ready for pickup. I returned the car to Enterprise and picked up my car from the dealership. I lost my reimbursement from Flex Care because Flex Care insisted on a receipt from the dealers that covers Monday, June 29 to July 6, 2026. The dealers refused even after several calls from me and the Flex Care. They have a very poor customer service. More
