I have owned several Chrysler products over the years starting in 1974 & have delt with many dealerships. I also worked as a sales associate for the Ewald auto group in Wisconsin for a short time. I found your facility to be very clean & orderly and your staff to be kind as well as friendly and very knowlegable. Your dealership made my girlfriend & I feel welcome as well as comfortable. I am currently working on rebuilding a 2000 Dakota & will be using you folks for all of my Mopar parts needs.If and when I am able to purchase a new Chrysler product I will most certianly visit you folks for that as well. Your staff was kind enough to offer me any and all assistince posiable with my current project. I BROUGHT MY CAR IN FOR A RECALL AND HAD NOT DONE SERVICE FOR A WHILE THE AND NEEDLESS TO SAY I NEEDED A TON OF WORK AND THE GUYS AT BAKER MADE MY CAR LIKE NEW AGAIN THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND VERY PROF SERVICE FOR A WHILE THE AND NEEDLESS TO SAY I NEEDED A TON OF WORK AND THE GUYS AT BAKER MADE MY CAR LIKE NEW AGAIN THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WALKED ME THROUGH EVERYTHING DREW TOOK ME OUT AND SHOWED ME WHAT WAS WRONG AND TOOK PICTURE SO I COULD SEND THEM TO MY HUSBAND WHILE I WAITED MY HUSBAND GAVE THE OK AND THEY GOT ME A RIDE HOME AFTER COMPLETING THE CAR THEY WASHED IT AND HAD ME PICKED UP A COUPLE DAYS LATER THE SERVICE MANAGER ED MOFFETT CALLED ME AND THANKED ME FOR MY BUISSNESS AND AND ASKED IF I HAD ANY SUGGESTIONS THAT COULD HELP MAKE ME EVEN HAPPIER THEN I ALREADY WAS ITS AMAZING THERE ARE STILL DEALERS OUT THERE THAT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS DREW ED AND RICK WHO PULLED MY CAR UP FOR ME SO I WOULD NOT HAVE TO WALK IN THE RAIN ARE THE BEST AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM IF YOU NEED ANYTHING FOR YOUR CAR More
