Warranty was denied after only 18700 miles on a high pressure fuel pump after the recall was completed. Asked for the phone number to ram customer service and was told to look it up online. Was charged over $200 dollars to be told the same thing I told the service writer when I dropped the truck off. They did not even have it an hour when they called me back. My wife and I were looking at a new Durango but after this will not buy another vehicle from Greg Young and maybe not even another dodge ram product. More

Last year my truck was in for a warranty claim to replace cracked exhaust manifolds. Since that time I've had an exhaust leak a little farther back before the muffler. Since I live 45 minutes away, I didn't cracked exhaust manifolds. Since that time I've had an exhaust leak a little farther back before the muffler. Since I live 45 minutes away, I didn't make a special trip for the repair. When I called for a new recall notice, I asked to have the oil changed, tires rotated and the exhaust leak fixed. I was told that even though they had taken my exhaust apart last year, this was not covered and would cost me an additional $260. I then informed them that they should only do the recall work. When I picked up the truck, I was informed that they did the oil and tires anyhow and I had a bill to pay. It wasn't worth an arguement so I paid it and left without visiting the sales lot which was part of my original plan. More
