Shouldn’t have to wait over a week to get oil change appointment. After oil change program ends (1 more) will consider going elsewhere. Car was sitting outside done for over 15 minutes. When I went to check on was told they were working on bill. Asked about replacing radio and still have not heard back. How long does it take to look up a price?! Do we need to find another source? Didn’t wash vehicle so went back in and asked if they weren’t doing anymore. Was told yes, should have been done. A nice mechanic was standing there (Charlie) and he said he would go wash it for us. Dealership was able to get parts next day and I was there a day earlier than service was schedule and they were able to fit me in eliminating another trip back. Great Service Dept. Last oil change: no documentation of the free car inspection was given normally there is a sheet that tells me how my brakes and tires, etc. The oil change mileage was not reset and i had to reset i inspection was given normally there is a sheet that tells me how my brakes and tires, etc. The oil change mileage was not reset and i had to reset it. Was offered a car wash and truck was definitely not washed. Originally my appt was in August and I had to move the appt, I called a week prior to move. Talked to someone moved the appt but kept getting reminders for the old appt. Called back to confirm new appt and it was never moved even though I called and talked to someone. I've purchased 3 vehicles from Chrysler World over my lifetime and I was very disappointed in their service. Honestly it makes me wonder if my oil was actually changed and my tires were actually rotated. This was for an Eco Diesel the oil changed are not cheap. More
