No customer service Very poor customer service. Bought a new car in 2016 and they could not seem to get the DMV paperwork together. The temp lic expired before we got the Very poor customer service. Bought a new car in 2016 and they could not seem to get the DMV paperwork together. The temp lic expired before we got the plates. My wife had to call numerous times. Fast forward to March 2019 and still the same lack of customer service. I called to try and cancel a extended warranty that was bought on the 2016 car. Nobody seemed to know what I was talking about. Got transferred 3 times until somebody finally took my information. Never heard back from anybody. Called again and was transferred 4 times to get a voice mail. Again left my info and no response. I called the warranty company and they tried to talk to someone at Chuck Patterson and got no response. I cancelled thru the company but the refund has to come from the dealer in 30 days. I emailed the dealer today to see if they had sent a check but again no response. More
