Mike went above and beyond what the dealership needed to do. After calling and giving a negative review to the Ford Hotline about service that had been performed or well not performed. I received a call, not from the location that did the service. The call came from Quakertown Ciocca ford service department . The gentleman I spoke to was Mike Minitte. Mike apologised for the way the other service department handled the situation and offered to look at my car and to fix what ever was wrong with it. I was given a loaner car, so I would not be inconvenienced by not having a car. Mike met me at the dealership when I arrived and again apologised for someone else's mistakes. The Quakertown Ciocca ford dealership treated me and my wife extremely well, in fact they went out of their way to fix a simple problem .The entire service department are a class act operation. I came down he had it ready for me by the time I got there. We test drove it. I loved it. We talked numbers and at first it wasn't looking too good. So we waited a few days and he contacted me again and told me he got me approved with a really great rate and I can come pick up the car next day. He filled it up with gas, had the car detailed and prepped for my arrival. Caleb was awesome as well.
