Thanks to all the people that work there, starting with Mike always very attentive and willing to serve, and the technicians that really know their job. More

We were pressed for time and are new to the area from New Jersey. Paul Wehner looked at are tire and showed me the damage and asked could I leave the vehicle and I explained we could not. He then stated they had a tire available and would squeeze us in even though they were busy. Less then an hour later we were on our way. It was a very satisfying experience and left my wife and I feeling good even though we had to buy a new tire for a 8 month old vehicle. Great job Paul! More

Maybe I need to use it more instead of just sitting in my garage. Suggestion was made to replace the battery. I had them install a new battery. More

Mike Minniti is a total smoke blowing up ass idiot I bought a 2005 f250 crew cab powerstroke from this dealership and they inspected my truck I bought 5 days prior to me buying it and I told them on te I bought a 2005 f250 crew cab powerstroke from this dealership and they inspected my truck I bought 5 days prior to me buying it and I told them on test drive it had warped brake rotors they were supposed to give me a "we owe you repair documents to fix it" but when signing all the paperwork at purchase I didn't notice they wrote on it no repair will be done I didn't notice while they were feeding me paper after paper to sign. I contacted nick jenney financial guy who is a total useless piece of flesh. Basically I took it to my mechanic and he drove and inspected the brakes and said it should have never passed the safety inspection and ciocca Ford mechanic put a new safety inspection sticker on it. The brakes pulsate so bad and shimmy so bad it shimmy the steering wheel also. So I took it up to service and the other useless piece of flesh Mike Minniti drove with me in the truck as he is driving it he says oh yeah I feel it but we don't fail for warped brake rotors I said you kidding me no repeatable inspection station would of passed this it would have failed. So I said your gonna fix it correct and Mike Minniti service manager said no they will not. They are the biggest piece of shit Ford dealership so I have to go and file a civil suit against ciocca Ford in court. So that I can get my money back and suew them in court because they sell junk I advise all people looking for a new or used car or truck to look elsewhere then here. As for the mechanic that inspected the truck and should have failed the truck for drive ability safety issues I will suew him too in court and I hope that I get his inspection liscence revoked for the rest of his life and can never work as a mechanic again. I will Perdue this in court and hold every single person involved in the inspection of this unsafe truck. See you in court you pieces of shit ciocca Ford employees and to Mr. Ciocca you should be a shamed of yourself to slow to let your scumbag manager operating your stealership. I will make sure that I tell everyone I know that is a ford enthusiast and Ford buyer to go to chapman or Fred beans Ford and I will never buy from your stealership ever again. But your employees reflect the kind of theif and person that you are you should be ashamed of yourself. I hope that maybe Mr Ciocca reads this review and redeems himself and fires those pieces of shit that are giving his stealership a bad name. Cause if I was him I definitely would. Thanks a hell of a lot ciocca Ford you suck so bad it's pathetic. More

I just purchased my vehicle in June and thought maybe it came with some kind of coverage, They are a very busy sevice center. After speaking to Mike, He explained if it was patchable it would cost 35$. After waiting 45 minutes he came to me and said it was not fixable. He said I needed a new tire. Which then turned into 278 $. The whole think took 2 hours. They fit me in and I did appreciate that. Again they are a very busy service center. I do not recommend anyone coming here without an appointment. More
