The worst service I’ve ever dealt with I will never go back to this dealership again they have my car for almost a month for 10 hours of work overcharged me with a certain price was only supposed to pay $ back to this dealership again they have my car for almost a month for 10 hours of work overcharged me with a certain price was only supposed to pay $100 deductible and I got charged $1600. Deal with this Ford dealership was the worst experience of my life. I’ve never been so upset. They had my car for over three weeks. Only took him two days to fix it then Covid be a price and without author of my life. I’ve never been so upset. They had my car for over three weeks. I ended up paying $1600 For a car that I shouldn’t have paid about $100 and the guy did not even work with me did not help me the worst experience in my life I will never go back to this dealership. Last year I love taking my vehicle to Ford this year is unbelievably poor service. I used to get text messages and calls for updates this year. I came back Monday after our trip and found out that they didn’t even start it. I’m extremely disappointed in the way service is being handled lately here I don’t think I’ll bring my truck back. More
