Our experience was so awesome. Joe worked hard to explain all the details and ins and outs of our car. We love driving the new honda civic.
Our rating consists of high scores because we could not have found better customer experience anywhere else. The other dealership we went to could not accomodate us as well as Ciocca honda. We will definately be recommending you to all we know.

My name is Jennifer and I recently purchased a new vehicle. I have given Ciocca Honda all 5's because they are OUTSTANDING!! Every time I visit, it feels like I am with family. Joe Barone is nothing short of a living legend!! He is truly a remarkable man!! My only regret is not knowing him sooner. Joe has taken very good care of my mother as well. She also purchased a new vehicle from Ciocca. Hands down we LOVE Ciocca Honda!! If it wasn't for Joe Barone, Jude Maydwell, Aaron Barnett and all the other friendly people there, we wouldn't have the piece of mind we have right now! This is the third time working with the folks at Ciocca to lease vehicles, and my second time working with Joe Barone. The customer service here is outstanding. I feel valued, never pressured, and I know that they do a good job getting me a fair price. The last two times I have leased two vehicles at once - an Accord and a Civic, and It was amazing to me how Joe could sense what type of car I would like best, and then come up with a way to work it into the budget I had set for myself. The service department is just as helpful, and I really do feel like a VIP any time I walk through their doors. I highly recommend Ciocca to anyone considering a Honda, and especially Joe Barone!

Really enjoyed working with Phil Young. He was very professional and explained all the features of the CRV EX to my satisfaction. I also appreciated his no pressure approach to selling cars. The test drive was long enough to get a good feel for the car as to how it handled on different road surfaces.

Morgan was exceptional on how he got me into new Honda especially since my goal was a used CR-V. He treated me extremely well and was not pushy and for that alone I would come back to Ciocca as well as send others his way!

Andrew Bird was very friendly, not pushy and very knowledgeable. The entire experience was smooth and enjoyable. He spent a lot of time with me explaining the car as well as the price and just worked with me.

After feeling highly discouraged after coming from a competing Honda dealership, I walked into Ciocca Honda and immediately felt a good feeling. When I entered the dealership, I felt I had walked onto a different planet! Everyone working there greeted you with a warm smile and introduced themselves, even if they weren't involved in selling cars. My father stated, "Sweety, I think you're leaving here with a car today..." and after dealing with the very friendly and humorous Greg Birge, my dad was right. We got the numbers we wanted and the car we wanted, no pressure involved. I felt like Joe Barone and Greg were family members, making sure I was comfortable and happy! I would totally recommend Ciocca Honda, and these two awesome guys, to anyone looking to buy a car! If only this survey had a possible score of 10, with the category of 'Amazing!'!
