Fantastic Sales and Service Staff I started my search for my first brand new Subaru about 2 months ago and one day I walked into the Apple Subaru Dealership and I met Kay. Kay is a wonderful salesperson, When I explained to her what was going on and what my situation was, she was very understanding and not pushy. Which is a huge difference from the other salespeople that Ive had experiences with in the past. After like 4 or 5 test drives on different cars, and many conversations with my wife and many back and forth emails to and from Kay, we finally decided to get a brand new Crosstrek. Kay had everything I needed ready to go for us when we were ready to buy, and Mike from financing has to be a miracle worker with the banks, he got me a great deal for the situation that my wife and I are in. I left the dealership that day, with a brand new car and a promise that all my add ons would be in the following week. I took my new car in on Friday to get the add ons installed and when I picked it up Friday evening, everything was on and ready to go. the car was cleaner than when I had brought it in and looked amazing. they took very good care of it. overall, I'm superbly satisfied with my experience at Apple Subaru in Yor, and Id Recommend Kay Hassinger and Mike Ritz to anyone who is looking for a new or used car. More

Best salesman ever! I'm not a person that usually takes the time to do a review, but I feel the need to do this one. Josiah Richard was our salesperson at Apple Subaru. He's young man, but his approach and style on how he deals with people is so relaxed that you feel very comfortable talking with him. He is an awesome person to be with because he is so sincere how he feels toward you as a customer. He actually feels like your friend. I really feel he interacts with you like he would if he was looking to purchase a car himself. He is honest, thorough, has awesome people skills and fun to be with. I have purchased a few vehicles in my time, but I never had a salesman like Josiah Richard. We drove 1 1/2 hours to get to this dealership and I would do it again! LOVE my Forester Turbo and Spencer is on top of everything! I needed an SUV and traded my SAAB Turbo on another Turbo and loved the Forester!!!
