Chris Ruotola in the service department was outstanding in servicing my emergency flashing trouble engine light. I had to drop it off without making an appointment on Monday noontime. Tuesday afternoon I received a call that it was a faulty "Knock Sensor" and that it was under warranty and that they have a protocol from Hyundai to completely check out my engine before they replace the Knock Sensor and upgrade the software. Chris called me every time he said he would to keep me updated on their progress with my car. On Friday morning Chris told me that they just finished road testing it and I could come to pick it up. After I picked up my car I took it on the Parkway it rides like brand new with plenty of power and the engine is nice and smooth in it's acceleration. Circle Chevrolet has an outstanding service Department and they have always taken care of my needs with a "Spirit of Excellence" and I have always been extremely satisfied with the work they have performed on my car over the years!!! More

The worst experience I have ever had. Never will use them. In March of 2015, I brought back my vehicle to another dealership as I was having problems with my navigation system. I was told this was an after mar In March of 2015, I brought back my vehicle to another dealership as I was having problems with my navigation system. I was told this was an after market item and had to take it back to the original dealer. Please note that when I purchased the vehicle, I had no idea that they had installed an after market item. I assumed that they would put in a GM part. When I went back to the dealership, they told me that they had to contact the installer. Also of importance, is that when I purchased the vehicle with about 5 miles on it, they told me that the installer would come to my home to install the new navigation system. The called me the next day to ask if I could bring it back to the dealership, as it would be easier for the installer, which I did. The vehicle now had about 30 miles on it. When I picked up the vehicle, there was over 250 miles. I come to find out that they drove it to the installer in Pennsylvania, without my permission. When I made a stink about this, a salesman took my keys and went and filled up the tank with gas. I also found an empty pack of cigarettes under the seat!. I have brought the vehicle in 8 times for the same issue since March. Every unit they have replaced or repaired, works for 2 days and stops working. At one point, they took the unit out to be sent out for repair. They put back my original radio. It took over two weeks for the unit to come back. Once installed, the unit worked for 5 days. Then I was told that they would replace it with a totally different unit, by another installer. I dropped the car off again, on Wednesday, and was told they made need to keep it overnight, to which I agreed. The following day, the called me and stated they needed it for another night. It's now Friday. No one called me. I called the dealership around 4pm to inquire about my car. They told me that a harness needed still has not come in and it would be in on Monday. I was actually given a 110% guarantee that the vehicle would be ready on Monday. Guess what, Monday comes and the part still has not come in. On Tuesday, no one from the dealership called me to give me an update. On Wednesday afternoon, I contacted the dealership and they told me the vehicle was done and would be ready in an hour since they were going to get it washed. I picked up my vehicle at about 3:30pm. I checked to make sure everything was working. Everything looked good until I actually used the navigation system on my way home. It seemed that the system was not giving out the audio directions. I waited to get home figuring that I need to make adjustments to the unit. When I made all the adjustments, I actually put the volume on the max(100%), you could hardly hear anything. The same was happening with the blue tooth phone. I turned around and headed back to the dealership. I contacted the service rep Pete, and told him what was going on and demanded the vehicle be repaired tonight. His words were, " I can't really help you", and I told him that I was on my way and I hung up the phone. About 5 minutes later, I receive a call from the service manager, George, who asked me if I was still having a problem. I told him I am on my $&**()*^% way and will be there in 2 minutes, and hung up the phone. When I got back to the dealership, I made a spectacle of myself, I admit, yelling and using foul language, and demanded that this unit get corrected today. George reached out to the installer and who stated that the unit has to be pulled out as there adjustments that needed to be made from the inside but could not do it this evening. The installer came to my house the next morning and made the adjustments and walked me through the entire system. I come to find out that I cannot access the satellite radio(which I did have in the unit prior) because he wasn't told by the dealership. He now has to come back again to install a part so that I can access satellite radio. Once again, I have to lose more time to get this right. And let's see if this unit will work after 5 days. More
Tim in service was great. He greeted me right away and had me in and out in no time. Thought I was going to have to wait for hours. Done in 45 minutes. Each time I visit Circle Chevy I receive excellent service. The staff are helpful and friendly.
