Consistently poor experience from buying the car to after purchase service. Bought my first Wrangler, Certified used. The sales rep assured me all parts for the soft top were present. Before leaving the l purchase service. Bought my first Wrangler, Certified used. The sales rep assured me all parts for the soft top were present. Before leaving the lot I figured out that was not the case by watching a Youtube video. Then found that the key for the lug nuts was not included, glad I found that before I left. Brought it back for a battery error after a month of having a warning light illuminated. Dealer tried to charge me over $700, ultimately didn't pay. The car was supposed to have gone through an exhaustive inspection to be Certified, how was this missed and what else was missed. Service department I find to be not terribly friendly and on my last visit very understaffed. More
