Working with the sales team was great, when I went to pick up the car not so much. I think more emphasis should be on the customer. And communication between the team members. I talked to 3 people and I still don’t know who sold me the car..where should start. I worked the deal to be picked up Sat 9-10. I was told the car would be ready. We arrive and the car had yet to be cleaned and filled up. When we arrived I went to the main building, I was told to go to the used car building, than told to go back to the main building for finance. When I arrived I waited for someone. After texting the finance guy I was there he met me. Waited in the waiting area than we went back to his office, ready to fill out the paperwork. At this time i have yet to put eyes or hands on the car. He led me to the car where we looked it over and drove it which met my satisfaction. Prior to all this I was sent over the finance paperwork on Fri to look over and sign. There was 2800 added I inquired and told it was a warranty that the bank wants. I was never asked of this or was it brought to my attention only after looking over the numbers did I find this. On Sat he showed me that he can do the warranty for 1600 (we purchased) not sure about the tactics and how it dropped in 1 day that much. but just want to bring to your attention. After it was said and done I got the car I wanted for the price. I just think when someone spends that’s kind of money it should be a big deal not only for the dealership but also the customer and I think you missed the mark on that one.. More
