I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and cabin and engine filter change. I mentioned I need to open the glove compartment since its broken. Last time I was called to go to the back and open it up. Gen engine filter change. I mentioned I need to open the glove compartment since its broken. Last time I was called to go to the back and open it up. Gentleman said he understood. I next get a quote for a new glove box and my batter is leaking but tested good so cant use the warranty. I didn't understand this especially since i bought the battery from the dealership. Since the battery tested fine it cant be changed out. I get the explanation but the verbiage when initially said didnt... parts, ill start looking somewhere else. This time, service was not what I usually experience. More

The service center and waiting area were very nice. Looked great, atmosphere was welcoming and the staff was pleasant and took really great care of my Murano.
