Not at all happy about my last experience at City Limits. 2 plus hours for an oil change with an appointment and they hadn't even started. When I questioned my service advisor he lied and told me the oil c 2 plus hours for an oil change with an appointment and they hadn't even started. (They never lifted the truck either) when he took me out to the bay the mechanic confirmed they hadn't touched the truck yet. More
