Phone conversation with Phillip, new car sales. He had called me from an inquiry that I had made on their website. The website said to click for lower price which took me to an information grab. Filled out the form and that’s what prompted Phillip’s call. I asked what the lower price was, and he repeated the price on the internet. Every excuse in the book was given, but never a lower price. I asked to speak to the GM but was told that he doesn’t work Saturday’s. He also informed me that the internet price didn’t include over$2,000 in additional charges. So I went down road to another paint and body shop to get a price. They are charging me for part 61. Only so please get prices somewhere else so you don't get ripped off. I had already spent 2600. To get car fixed. I will not take my car back to classic Buick again. More
