I had a great experience with Classic Cadillac. When my car wouldn’t start, Tom quickly arranged a tow truck and provided a loaner vehicle. The service department is awful specifically Kim, she’s a bit rude. I would have to say Tom has changed over the years. He isn’t as polite or attentive to the consumer needs, the last time my car was in for service I had an issue with my rims being somewhat damaged and I wanted them repaired. He informed that I didn’t have the coverage to have it repaired. The problem wasn’t that I didn’t have the coverage. It’s the way he responded to me by saying I didn’t sell you the car or the contract. I replied in the over ten year that I’ve been with you’ve never sold me a car. That was a very inappropriate statement to make if you don’t sell cars. This is the last time I do business with Cadillac. More
