Service department has always been very good. When i was going over my bill there was a charge for radio work. I told Kim I had an extended warranty and her response was "its not covered" I expla When i was going over my bill there was a charge for radio work. I told Kim I had an extended warranty and her response was "its not covered" I explained that I had a premier extended warranty and it is covered, again the response was not covered. At this point I said I'm looking at the warranty and the radio is covered. Kim then said she would talk to Tom and it was covered and removed from the bill. It might be a good idea before the advisers says something is not covered they check before giving a not covered answer. More
