Classic Kia Beaumont, Tx The good: My wife and I found the exact used car we wanted, called the dealership, and negotiated a very fair price. The finance experience was excellent—completely haggle-free with no pressure. They asked once about an extended warranty, I declined, and it was never mentioned again. The frustrating: We traveled half a day to see the car, and about 30 minutes before arriving I was told they had discovered an issue. Since we were already close, we continued the trip and were told the part was ordered, would arrive in three days, and the car would be delivered after repair. We inspected the car, decided to buy it, and paid in full. A week passed with no updates. After personally checking with other sources and finding the part could be available much sooner, I tried repeatedly to reach them but only got voicemails. When I finally called from a different phone number, I got an answer but was told the service department was out until Monday and I’d receive a call then—but that call never came. When I contacted the service department directly, I was told the part was on national backorder and there was nothing else they could do. Three days later, I got a call saying the car was finished and would be delivered the next day. So was the part actually on backorder? I guess we’ll never know. I just wish there had been more honesty and communication throughout the process. If someone says they’ll call back, they should follow through. Transparency would have made this a much better experience. More

I went into the Service Department a couple of weeks ago. The young man who helped me was very accommodating. I explained to him that I was getting a low tire reading and that it has been happening a few tim The young man who helped me was very accommodating. I explained to him that I was getting a low tire reading and that it has been happening a few times even after filling it with air. He sent my car to the Tire area of the dealership and then called me when it was finished. They never said I had something in my tire or even what they had done but it was ready to go. They said my 24,000 mile free oil change was over so I paid for my oil change and left. Well two days later when I took my car to town the tire read low again so I took my car to Modica Bros instead of going to the dealership mainly because I didn't want to drive it on the interstate being it was very low tire pressure reading. They took my car in and found TWO nails in my tire. They fixed it and charged me nothing. Now after this I will say no I am not satisfied with the Tire Department at you Beaumont Facility. I am very disappointed in them. I will from now on just call the Cadillac help number before brining it in. More
