Extremely Delayed Repairs and Poor Communication. We dropped off our vehicle at Classic Chevrolet Collision Center on July 15, 2025 and did not get it back until September 18, 2025—over two months fo We dropped off our vehicle at Classic Chevrolet Collision Center on July 15, 2025 and did not get it back until September 18, 2025—over two months for repairs that our insurance estimated would take only 6–7 days. The shop waited nearly a week to request a claim from our insurance until we followed up on July 21, then blamed an inability to “reach the adjuster.” Our insurance adjuster later confirmed that approval would have been immediate had they submitted on time. Very slow action throughout the process, with poor updates and little urgency. Despite the delay being on their side, they refused to provide a loaner or cover a rental, forcing us to pay over $3,000 in extra rental fees. This experience caused significant inconvenience and expense. I cannot recommend Classic Chevrolet Collision Center and plan to file a formal complaint with the Texas Department of Public Safety. More

It was good except the wait time was longer than promised I am told 1 hour to 1 1/2hours but took over 2 hours just for a maintenance check and registration inspection.. they did apologize though.
