The mechanic did fix my car. However, communication is gravely lacking with the advisor/agent. There are 3 ways offered to get updates. They were all useless. 1) service tracker board was not being updated. 2) you can text your agent but you won’t get any answers. 3) you can call customer service but even they won’t be able to get in contact with the agent. My car was late. I was promised the car at 1 PM. After calling for 4 hours, the agent finally answered his phone and told me the car wasn’t ready. Why not tell me sooner??? I found out at 5 PM after calling for hours. I work 12 hour shifts so I couldn’t pick up my car the next day and had to uber to work (40 minutes away). The following day, I literally had to show up at his desk because I never got an update. So no, I will never go back there! Save myself the headache. More
