My Review of Classic Honda:
I was bored one day and went test driving along the Pike. I went into Subaru and drove two cars then asked how much for my trade. My answer was $4-5,000. I said I'd rather keep the car. I went to Honda and did the same thing. The gave me $8,900 for my trade and the car 10% (a special they were running) off MSRP. These offers were without negotiations. Financing took too long ( I waited for 2 hours extra!) but I was happy overall.
This was for a 2006 Accord SE in December 2005.

My Review of Classic Honda:
Let's face it, folks, this dealership is part of a HUGE corporate entity that is multinational, and even worse, publicly traded. You're nothing but a number to these guys! Forget about getting any kind of discount or break. That shiny new showroom you're walking into has a pretty steep mortgage, AND YOU GET TO PAY IT! Their employees don't even get a discount, so why would they give you one? Customer service is nothing to these guys. The only thing that matters is lining the pockets of the clown who runs that whole automall and making the shareholders happy. They'd just as soon step on you. I have nothing further to say. Go someplace where they actually care about you as a person.

My Review of Classic Honda:
After having work done, our Honda nearly lost it's brakes due to a mistake. The service center was nothing but trouble, insulting and misrepresenting what they were going to do. Then a new mechanic noted that the battery cables were corroded after having it serviced at that place for years. After years as a loyal customer, when I had a problem they were nothing but rude, not returning calls, etc. A terrible and dangerous experience. They may seem okay until you have a problem. I'd like to find out who owns this dealership; they should know about the sevice people. It could cause a terrible accident if they don't do better work on cars.

My Review of Classic Honda:
We had a very pleasant experience buying a CR-V.
The price was fair, they gave us exactly the KBB value for our trade, and there was no pressure to buy dealer add-ons.
The only minor glitch was the financing guy, who tried to boost the interest rate way over what I was prepared to pay. We had come prepared with a draft from on online loan vendor, and my FICO score was 784, so after a couple of mins on the computer, they matched the lowest rate I could find online.
I much preferred the sales techniques to Burns Honda, where they immediately pulled the old '4 square' thing when we walked in the door.
