The salesman Nick Marcelli was professional and very friendly. He was very willing to answer any questions and explain the new features of the vehicles. I stopped by on Friday afternoon after 3 pm, and friendly. He was very willing to answer any questions and explain the new features of the vehicles. Nick was willing to answer questions via text off hours. Nick ordered and setup an appointment in Parts and Service in install roof rails. Paul in Finance was thorough but quick. I received a quote from their sister dealership, Classic Mazda of Mentor. When I showed this to Classic Mazda Westside, the Sales Manager got angry.
