We are ecstatic about our new Toyota and the superb service we received from Joel Gazella and interactions with Rick Demore, Becky Stricharczuk and Dave Alicea. They were welcoming on our visit to order the Rav4 and kept us in the loop on build and delivery progress. Our visit yesterday to pick up the vehicle was very organized and pleasant. They made sure we were informed and involved in every step of the process and got us out the door in under 2 hours, including the training/review of vehicle systems and options. Thank you all for your great buying experience. This is the third Toyota we have purchased from this wonderful dealer. We have also serviced our vehicles here, even when we could spend less elsewhere because we know the service is done right and that they stand behind it. More
