Service was fast and Amazing. I had been to young before and had bad service but they have a completely new group of people. They made me feel good from the start and never l I had been to young before and had bad service but they have a completely new group of people. They made me feel good from the start and never let me down once through the repair. I had my truck taken to 2 other shops for a total of 3+ weeks trying to figure out what young did in days and not only did they fix it. They set me up for a free lifetime warranty. I spent less money taking it to young than either of the two other shops. I will certainly be back and thanks to the mechanic and Kayla and Matt for keeping me updated through the entire process. Great Job!!! More

Was there today for an oil change, and the service man explained that the prices have gone up. Three price levels, good, better and best starting at $ 110.00. I told him that’s an absurd price, to many quick oil change places for less money. I also said that maybe Clay Cooley quick paying for so many commercials he could pass that savings to the consumer. They have lost me as a service customer, I have purchased several vehicles from Young and my parents have back when it was Taylor Chevrolet. More

Dealing with this dealership has ruined my C8 experience. I was more than patient for 8 months while they tried to do a job that should have taken a maximum of 3-4 weeks...Yeah, that bad. Got my car back, they lost the floor mats, lug nut lock key, and the front truck doesn't open. Took it to another dealership to get those things fixed.
