It took a week just to find out what the problem was with my F450. After I received a text it took another 4 days for repairs. When I made the appointment it took to calls to get it scheduled. I experienced a significant lack of communication throughout the entire process. It took five days just to diagnose the issue with my car, and once the diagnostics were completed, no one contacted me throughout the entire process. I was left to interpret a brief note written by the mechanic. I also wasn’t informed when my car was ready for pickup, I only found out because I called to follow up myself. When I arrived, no one reviewed the diagnosed issues or discussed any recommended solutions with me. The vehicle was simply brought around, and payment was taken without any further explanation. It looks like everything was completed, with the exception that the air pressure in my tires was not adjusted.
