Was sent coupons but not allowed to use was told it needed to be printed out. The coupon had my entire name on it and does not state that it must be printed to redeem just stated couldn't be used with needed to be printed out. Brought my vehicle in for an oil change, when I left my engine started to stutter while in park in idle. Brought my vehicle back 2 different times and both times it was determined my engine was overfilled engine started to stutter while in park in idle. Brought my vehicle back 2 different times and both times it was determined my engine was overfilled with oil. Was notified my vehicle would be compared to the same make and model as mine, after that I received a message saying 'my engine is acting weird'. 10 days later I received a text saying my vehicle was running as intended. When I arrived at the dealership and took a look at my engine, it was continuing the stuttering. The stuttering was visible. I notified Chris and Tony that I've driven my vehicle for 2 1/2 years and my vehicle never did that. They kept pushing there was nothing they could do. I was advised by the foreman to take my vehicle to another Hyundai to get a second opinion. I feel I was given the run around multiple times for a problem they caused. The overfilling of the oil is documented. More
