My experience with this dealership has been emotionally and financially exhausting, but I want to acknowledge Darold for ultimately helping me get my 2018 Hyundai Tucson back in working order. He listened, took initiative, and actually fixed the underlying issues that had been misdiagnosed multiple times. If it weren’t for him, I would’ve given up entirely. The problems began with a recurring driver-side window malfunction that I brought in multiple times. I was initially told it was the master switch, then advised to replace the smart junction box — a repair that cost me nearly $1,000. That wasn’t the issue. Later, I was told the window motor needed replacement. Then, after that was supposedly fixed, my turn signals and radio audio stopped working. I returned the vehicle yet again and was informed that the issue was a blown multifuse — something that should have been checked before I was charged for costly parts and diagnostics. My frustration isn’t just about the money — it’s about the miscommunication, lack of follow-through, and how long I was without a reliable car while trying to support my family and husband through medical appointments. What makes this even harder is that I initially gave this dealership a glowing review — before the real problems began. I now regret that early feedback, as it doesn’t reflect my full experience. That said, I deeply appreciate Darold, who was the only person that genuinely followed through. If I need assistance in the future, I’ll go straight to him. I hope this dealership takes this feedback seriously and reevaluates how they handle diagnostics and customer care. This could have been avoided with more thorough attention from the start. More
