They were clear about my car issues and fixed them. However, when I came to pick up vehicle, we looked under hood and saw that hose hadn't been fixed. I had to wait another day. Service department itself is great! However was surprised to be charged a 3% surcharge fee I was not made aware of beforehand to use a credit card. A $39.72 charge on a $1,300 invoice. Another employee heard me express my shock at such a fee when time to pay and said do not charge him. However he said he was charging me because I used one of their own dealership coupons. UNBELIEVABLE!!! Not wanting to cause a scene I did pay but have been angry with myself every since. I will certainly be looking to purchase my next vehicle from a non Clay Cooley dealership in the future. More
