I left my Snapshot device in car and was promised it would be mailed. Never received! Was told my inspection sticker would be sent via mail - (Rockwall still requires). Never received! Signed paperwork would be mailed. Never received! Was told my inspection sticker would be sent via mail - (Rockwall still requires). Never received! Signed paperwork that mileage was 10. The actual was 290! Was told I would be paid for it at.020/mile. Never received. Had to go to other dealers to explain some of the features of my car. Love my car but this was a calamity from git go!! 🤪 More
