I like our service rep Steve but had some disappointments this time We had brakes done and were promised it would be done that day. We’re told there was a bracket they had to order the next evening when we went to pick it up our rep was not there and dealt was someone else to check us out. We asked about what part were they talking about and just what was wrong. The rep was extremely rude and said he didn’t know. Steve is very friendly and would get what ever answers we needed. More

Waiting three hours for a car inspection is ridiculous. After being told that a tiny nail was going to fail my vehicle, but that I could buy new tires on their sale felt like a bait and switch.
