Service Department is a NIGHTMARE I have been using Marty Cancila for my oil changes and tire rotations since I have bought my car, and every experience has been either horrible or les I have been using Marty Cancila for my oil changes and tire rotations since I have bought my car, and every experience has been either horrible or less than satisfactory. I make an appointment every time and even with an appointment, I have waited 4-6 hours just for an oil change and tire rotation. When I was there in May, I made an appointment and had to wait 5 hours for them to do my oil change. When I did not hear from them by about 5:30 (they close at 6), I decided to call to check up on it and they then decided to tell me that my car was ready. This time I came in at my appointment time and asked if there was any way my car could be ready quicker than my previous services, and Kyle did help a lot to make sure it was ready quickly, as it was finished within 30 minutes. When I went to pick up my car, I went in to the service department and stood there for 5 minutes while one worker was talking about his past-time/sports with another worker, and a third worker was eating chips. I stood there for 5 minutes without a single acknowledgement from all 3 workers at the desk. I will never go back to Marty Cancila. Severely disappointed in their service. More

Airbag recall Airbag light came on after being replaced,went immediately back to service dept. After several calls to complain they had me bring my car back,only to dicover something was left unplugged on my first visit.It took a week for them to realize their mistake and offered no apology for they way this was handled. I love my car but hate the service at this dealer. More

Warranty Work No communication, I called it get status and was told they would call after lunch, 2 1/2 hours later no call. Stopped by and they could not tell me the status of repair. and where the van was. After 20 minutes they told me a tech had it out driving it. Fifteen minutes before they close found out they only drove the van to test the light. I would not let them do anything else so I took the van from them. Service dropped the ball badly. Had the van from 8am to 5:45pm and only drove it. I would not recommend the dealer or service and will not go back. Very bad customer service and the skills of the service writers very very low. The worst customer service I have ever received at a dealership. More
