Within days, a Subaru dealer and an independent shop found a major oil leak, worn suspension parts, and other problems which cost me over $4,000 in repairs. When I told them, they refused to take any responsibility. They misrepresented the car’s condition with false in-house inspection report. The sales process was just as bad: pricing games, high-pressure warranty pushes, and unwanted add-ons. The high rating brought me in, but once the deal was done, it felt like any other dishonest dealership. More
