Rob took us immediately, arranged service and solved our problem- under warranty with no charge. We are switching our service to Cliff Wall away from where we purchased the Forester. Very fine service Needed an oil change and new rear brakes. They said it would take three hours. I had not had lunch, they suggested a restaurant near by.
