Robin & her daughter fabulous Nick was rude Robin was the reason why I purchased the new auto. Robin was wonderful explaining the options of the car I wanted and was very willing to help us whil Robin was the reason why I purchased the new auto. She was out sick during the week and Duane her manager stepped in and was helpful. Duane took a verbal contract with my credit card as deposit and we filled out a credit application over the phone. When I called in on Wednesday to verify my credit had gone thru, Robin and Duane were both out. I was transferred to Nick in finance and he was just to busy to help me - he told me “I am very busy and was booked/tied up for at least the next 4 hours. He was rude. Not someone that I feel should be working with customers. I actually stated that I really did not have any confidence in the dealership- but he said nothing. When I asked him to verify the auto was being held for me, he had no idea and it would be a while and he would call me back later. I planned on picking up the auto that day and now I am not sure the auto I talked to two associates about was even available. Nick made me so angry that I did not even want the car anymore. Now every time I look at the car I remember the horrible conversation we had with Nick. I wish I never would have purchased it. I felt trapped as I had given my credit card to Duane to hold the car, and I did not want money/deposit applied if I would have back out of the agreement. I freaked out and called my husband Mike. He drove over to talk with them and called me to tell me everything was set. I said great, but why are you are doing their job! Why couldn’t Nick get off of his lazy behind and look at Robins desk as my husband did. Nick could not care less if we purchased a car from your dealership. I guess a 30,000 is sale is not important to him. I almost had the dealer on Appleton swap cars so I would not need to deal with him, but I felt by giving my credit card number verified a Verbal contract. More

Eric and Monica got the service started immediately. Nathan found I needed a new battery. It was changed in a speedy fashion. They checked all fluids etc, also my tires and washed the car at my request. I was still under warranty so I drove out, not having to pay anything, and ready to go on a 800 mile trip the next day. They were my guardian angels. I left thanking the Lord I had found this dealership. And their Service Department. They are always friendly, timely and professional, worth their weight in gold! More

Very happy and a little Disappointed at the same time I was very excited to pick up my car but I had to wait three days to get it because it was going to get detailed before I picked it up. But when I picked it up it was not detailed it had the same stains And finger prints on the body from the first time I seen it And I ended up taking it like that anyways so I was a little disappointed by that other than that my experience was great my sales person was very knowledgeable had a lot of information to share and seem to care about what I said 👍 More

A call to Cliff My wife and I were enjoying the autumn colors of Door County when the fuel pump on our 2005 Mazda6i stopped working near Sturgeon Bay. A call to Cliff Wall quickly set the wheels in motion. They had a third-party rollback headed my way with no hesitation, and the car was loaded onto the truck within the hour. Upon arrival at the dealership, the service writer quickly took care of us, and provided us with a vehicle (new) to get us the rest of the way home to Clintonville. In a few days, they got the car into the service bay for examination and called with confirmation of the failed fuel pump and an estimate for the service. Giving approval, they ordered the part and I waited for the service to be completed. Eight days after the start, the call was received and I drove to Green Bay to pick it up. When I paid my bill, I was pleased to learn there was no charges for the use of the new vehicle for the week. I am pleased with my experience with Cliff Wall Mazda. More
