A great process from start to finish. Cloninger worked with us on the model and the price. We got what we wanted at a price that we were willing to pay. I was able to use my FordPass points right away to get some floor mats. We pulled out of the dealership with a clean car and a full tank of gas. We also have two complimentary oil changes to work with in the miles to come. I even got my new license plate from them BEFORE my temporary tag ran out. More

Unable to purchase remotely- Not for Deployed Servicemembers I decided to purchased a used Ford Explore from them that I was really looking forward to. From the beginning, I told them that I was deployed in Sau I decided to purchased a used Ford Explore from them that I was really looking forward to. From the beginning, I told them that I was deployed in Saudi Arabia and I was not in country and that I would need to be able to complete the transaction by scanning the documents to me or remotely. I was purchasing without seeing the vehicle physically, but I felt that the dealership was mainstream with good reviews so I decided to proceed. I negotiated a price and sent my DL and insurance with the vehicle added onto my policy. I was waiting for the paperwork and after 2 or 3 days not hearing or receiving anything from them, I emailed them to see what was the hold up. I was told that they needed me to come in and sign the paperwork because they cannot use scanned documents. Well... It would of been nice to know that when I told you that I was deployed and I was not able to come in. They told me that it wasn't going to be a problem when it obviously was. Frustrated with their service, I started looking of other vehicles at other dealerships in which I purchased one this week remotely. Even though they told me that they cannot used scanned documents either, this mainstream dealership offered to FedEx the paperwork to Saudi. I received it in 4 days and sent it back. Vehicle Purchased. It could of been that simple. Its also unfortunate because this dealership comes recommended by USAA. More
