I visited this horrendous dealership Saturday to see a Cadilac XT5. I was approached outside by Tim. At first he was friendly and accommodating until it wasn't a pleasant experience at all. I wanted to se Cadilac XT5. I was approached outside by Tim. At first he was friendly and accommodating until it wasn't a pleasant experience at all. I wanted to see a new XT5, loved it. But, I asked if there was a gently used one and I was told if I was looking for "preowned" I wasted his time and he wasn't going to waste more of his time with me if I could not afford the new Cadilac. Appalling behavior. He was loud, demeaning and disrespectful. I was then told he needed all of my personal information. When I said why would you need my information if I could not afford it he became belligerent and nasty. He told me I could call his manager but his manager would take his side. Because he knows his job and has other things to do. My husband and I have always purchased new Cadillacs. Have great credit, income and have been at my job for 14 years. We would have been trading in my 2021. These things were never even spoken about. When I questioned if there was someone else to help us Tim then became combative and swore at us. We decided then to just leave. I am 54 years old and have bought many cars in my life and many from less than stellar dealerships, but never have I experienced such disrespect and downright nastiness from a business. I hope this gets to who it needs to and no one else needs to ensure such disrespect and nastiness. More

He has treated me poorly, disrespected me by pretty much laughing in my face, not caring about my time at all, sees my messages and ignores them, tells me how he lost $5000 on my deal ( which I know is xx) the car has been sitting on the lot for a very long time! My car broke down literally 3 weeks after me having possession of it, he promised he would have a loaner car ready for me when I got there when I spoke with him at 430 pm, I got there at 615, wasn’t given a car until almost 815!!! Zero respect for my time!! He sat in his office bsing with other employees the whole time. Then laughed at me about how he didn’t mail a check to me that he showed me 2 days before that he was going to mail to me. Thought it was funny that he didn’t ever mail it to me as promised. Which the check was supposed to be sent to me 3 weeks earlier!! Would never recommend this dealership to anyone to purchase a vehicle on the way I have been treated. Still waiting on the floorboard for the back of my car. More

Called the day before my appointment to schedule the happy hour oil change special and take care of a nail in my tire through a road hazard package. I discussed in detail the services needed with the woman who took my call. She told me it would be $64 out the door for the oil change and they'd check the tire and let me know. Upon arriving for my 2:30pm appointment there was not one to greet me or check me in outside at the desk like every time before. I walked in to the services department and saw 3 men, 2 of them had cell phones in hand. The manager then pointed me to Braxton to help. He took the key, went over what I needed done, and went on with what he was doing. I asked to use the tire depth gauge to make sure I was within my limits of my road hazard package. It measured 3/32 on their gauge. I gave the gauge back and went to the waiting room. Huge improvement there since last service. Looks great! After some time the services guy comes into tell me that my tire was not covered and it was denied by the insurance company. He offered to sell me two new tires for around $750. I told him I'd hold off on the tires and just do the oil change. When checking out, I was told my total would be $108 for the oil change. I was surprised after calling 2x to clarify the cost. He told me I didn’t have the coupon so the cost was $108. I stated nobody told me that the 2x I called so he them finally honored it. After leaving I called Fidelity to check in the tire claim. They told me that the dealership didn’t fill out the denial properly and to call back. I spoke with Bill for about 20 minutes, I explained my situation, he said the tires were bald but if I'd purchased my truck and hazard package from them he'd taken care of the tires. Asked where I did and then told me to go back to Ferman because that's where some trustfund was created for the road hazard package I purchased. But then tells me I If I wanted to make this right to come in and see big bad Bill the next day. LIKE, TRYING TO INTIMIDATE ME! This isn't the first time he's had an attitude with me. After nearly 5 year's of having my truck serviced by Coast, I can say I'm struggling with ever coming back! I felt like a second class citizens after that service. Guess the new motto is just about making the sale rather than real customer service like Kathy used to offer! More

Additionally, the finance guy (I don't recall his name), was the best financial representative that I've ever dealt with. Both he and Darren are assets to your company. You should do whatever you can to keep both of them. More
