My 2002 Toyota Solara with 79K miles failed inspection due to, in the technician’s words heard in the video, oil leaking profusely from the oil pan gasket and valve covers. If there was oil leaking profus due to, in the technician’s words heard in the video, oil leaking profusely from the oil pan gasket and valve covers. If there was oil leaking profusely, there would be oil on my garage floor and/or on my driveway. There is NO oil on the floor of my garage or on the driveway under my 2002 Toyota Solara. I believe the oil leak was misdiagnosed. I believe the oil seen on the engine is from the removal the oil filter during an oil change performed two days prior to the inspection of my 2002 Toyota Solara. Also, I am not too happy with grease I had to clean off the inside door panel/handle and the drivers side door threshold seal and flooring/carpet. I have been taking my car to this dealership for service for years and this is the first time I have experienced unsatisfactory/poor service. I do not believe I will be back to Cochran for service or recommend Cochran for service to anyone else. More
The salesman I worked with was fantastic! Super sweet and listened to everything I was looking for and concerned about. The salesman, Arpit, was awesome! He was very patient, knowledgeable and not pushy! Everyone I encountered was friendly.
