Poor Service I drove from Palatka to St Augustine to get my car service for a noise my was making. I was told to bring my car back when the noise gets louder. It happens when I'm driving into the wind, going fast on whatever highway...) and Chhivon Vey at Coggin Honda managed to get my car looked at the very same day I called, with a VERY BUSY service schedule, finding all parts nice and tight, no necessary repairs, making me feel more comfortable about my long trip ahead. I really liked his attitude, and very professional courtesy. MANY THANKS! (Hope this noise doesn't end up being something like what happened in 2015, where I ended up having the wheel well cover pushed into my tire because of a weakness in the dust collar, what a mess!) Excellent buying experience turning horrible Donovan King and James foreman were great. They answered all my questions. They found the vehicle I wanted and got it to the dealership. This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had no. After a couple of days I found that there was an issue with the sunscreen in the window. I called and the sales person said they didn't even check that. How was I supposed to know it was there if I never had bought a van before but I said I would cover half and it was fine. Two weeks go by and I noticed that the back light on the tailgate was broken and someone taped it over. I tried to call the salesman and left messages never to get a call back. Then I called and talked to a sales manager and he basically called me a liar twice!!! I called the general manager and never got a call back after he left a voicemail. I have tried him 4 times now. I would steer away from this place. More
