With that said, it is with great pleasure and enthusiasm that I continue this review to commend our salesman, Alexander Short. Mr. Short accommodated my wife and me in ways that went above and way beyond what is customary for a salesman to do to help a customer. The care and personal attention Alex showed towards us is something we’ve never before experienced from anyone in the automobile sales industry or for that matter, any area of customer service. While the 2018 models are finding their way to showrooms, and at the same time 2017 model availability is dwindling, my wife had her sights on a specifically equipped Accord Coupe. During the year, this exact car wouldn’t have been too hard to find, however when there isn’t a countless amount of them to pick from, well that’s another story. Alex and his team found the exact car my wife wanted, and at a price we couldn’t resist. Our needs were heard, and everything that was promised came true. As a result, the car is now parked in our garage. Alex is a superb salesman and a most personable and pleasant young man. If the need for another Honda ever comes up, we will be on the phone with Alex first thing. More

No stress or pressure - but, very responsive to all of my questions and concerns. I was very pleased with both the price of my car as well as my trade. The finance options were explained in detail and they personally assisted me with communicating with my prior dealer to get me some money back! Additionally, I received an attractive interest rate. I ordered an accessory from the Service Department that was not in stock and they were willing to have it shipped to me. The detail staff are amazing! Wow! I have never seen a car so clean and shiny - inside and out! The staff are nice and friendly and I could not have asked for a more pleasant car buying experience! They were definitely worth the round trip of over 400 miles! Yes, they really ARE! More

Bad experience I had a really bad experience from there i bought a car like 4 months ago we do a deal i put the down payment for the car then when i went to pick up I had a really bad experience from there i bought a car like 4 months ago we do a deal i put the down payment for the car then when i went to pick up my car they change everything (long story ) any way the problem now is the financial manager he's name is Ethan. When we got home we realize there was 8k of un necessary warranty on it so like we hade 30 days to cancel everything we did the cancelation he told me that it was going to take 4 to 6 week now due day it's been almost 8 and im still waiting for my refund when my wife call to the dealer asking for him he was always in a meeting and supposedly going to call me back and I'm still waiting for his call back. To me thats very unprofessional as a manager. So my wife kept calling until she got upset and ask to speak to a manager and they transfer her call to shane sales manager which has been the only one in that dealer thats been profesional and very helpful keeping us updated. So we called2 days ago and the sales manager check everything for a update and we all realize only two cancellation where made instead of five or six. I'm tired of waiting. I will never do business there again. Only two helpful people in that dealer are shane and sales associate albennes. From the front desk call center receptionist to the financing Dept they aren't customer service at all More

very poor customer service The saleswoman downright lied to my husband. She lied about the price of a new vehicle, knowing we were diving 90 minutes to pick up the vehicle.
