I, like many others in our area, was burned by the previous owner of this dealership, and I vowed I wouldn't return. That is, until my son-in-law bought a Ford truck from Coggins, and experienced exc previous owner of this dealership, and I vowed I wouldn't return. So, I decided to contact the General Manager, Scott O'Connell directly. After we talked for awhile, and he told me about how the last owners had gone scorched earth, and left him with daily calls from unhappy former customers, he invited me to bring my Honda Pilot in for service. I had avoided service for over 2 years and desperately needed to have it done, and he promised that it would be pleasant and hassle-free. Not only was it all that and more, they easily fixed a problem that the previous owner's service couldn't even diagnose, gave me a 10% discount and were very pleasant and professional. I wasn't even thinking about buying another car, but Devin Briggs was my salesman, and he couldn't have been more pleasant to deal with! No used car salesman pushiness, just patience and good humor. So, I ended up getting a great deal on a Honda, and it's sitting in my driveway right now! Trust me, trust them, it's a whole new team and ballgame! Lynne Roberts More

Went to visit Coggins Honda of Bennington with the thought....just keep me in mind when people start turning in their 3-year lease on Honda’s CRV, hoping I could get a good deal on a used model with l thought....just keep me in mind when people start turning in their 3-year lease on Honda’s CRV, hoping I could get a good deal on a used model with low mileage. I ended up coming home with a brand new 2020 leftover with all the bells and whistles and a better than expected monthly payment. Everyone was very gracious and professional.
