Cole Nissan - Service Center

Called for service appointment on 4/15/24, left message. No one returned my call for three days. Called again on 4/18/24 was told to drop off car on 4/22/24. Received estimate for $882. Called on 4/24/24 to see if car was ready, sent to voice mail. No return call again! Drove to dealership. Service employee sitting on his phone, no wonder he couldn't return a call again. Car ready, bill over $1000, did not even wash it. Called asked to speak to service manager, never have received a call. This car has 53000 miles on it, paid cash, never should of had a leak in the air conditioning. This was my second purchase from Cole, NEVER again will you have my business. Manage your help or close your doors, business is about service. More

Excellent service on a used vehicle we just purchased.
